RS-CHL Switchgear Testing Equipment 0.2 Accuracy Multichannel Temperature Inspection Instrument
Basic performance of CHL temperature inspection instrument
8~80 input channels, aluminum alloy housing, plug type terminal.
Level 0.2 precision, measurement and control speed 0.1 seconds or 0.2 seconds per channel (thermocouple channel).
■ Input thermal resistance, thermocouple, dc current, voltage signal.
■ 2-bit channel number display, 4-bit measurement value display, display range -1999~9999.
The resolution of thermal resistance display is 0.1℃, and the resolution of thermocouple display can be set to 1℃ or 0.1℃ by parameters.(each channel is set independently)
■ The total number of channels to use can be set.You can also arbitrarily close the temporarily not concerned about the channel, so that it does not participate in the circuit display and alarm comparison.
■ Each channel sets the signal type and range independently.
■ Each channel independently sets the digital filter time constant to improve the display stability.
■ Each channel is independently set with zero and full correction to improve the measurement accuracy of the system.
■ With fixed-point display function, convenient adjustment.
■ With the function of parameter replication, it can quickly set parameters and greatly reduce the workload of parameter setting.
■ Standard communication interface, RS232 and RS485, ASCII protocol or modbus-rtu protocol can be selected
■ Optional printing function, manual, timing, alarm printing can be realized.
■ Alarm function
Each channel has 4 independently set alarm set values and an independent upper or lower limit alarm mode.
Each channel has an independent alarm light.
4 point alarm output, 2 adjustable alarm output modes
Mode a: how the flash alarm works
Alarm output of point 1: when any channel enters the alarm state from the non-alarm state, it closes;Automatic delay recovery (ok) or panel key recovery (ok).
Alarm output of point 2: as long as one channel is in alarm state, it will be closed.
There are 3 states of alarm indicator lights in each channel:
Not bright: indicates that the channel is in a non-alarm state
Flicker: indicates that the channel enters the alarm state from the non-alarm state, and there is no automatic delay confirmation or panel button confirmation.
Bright: indicates that the channel is in alarm state and has been confirmed.
