Product Description

1.The experimental subject for the equipment that Party A purchased from Party B meet the following requirements:

■ 35kV ordinary power transformers and special transformers, capacity 20000kVA and below;

2 The experimental subject for the equipment that Party A purchased from Party B must meet the following requirements of voltage classes:

The impedance of the tested transformer is less than 8%, the voltage class is:

■ HV side 35kV, etc.

■ 0.4kV~10kV.LV side:0.4kV~10kV.

3. The experimental subject for the equipment that Party A purchased from Party B meet the following requirements of tested capacity:

HV side voltage level 22kV capacity 2000kVA and below.

4. The experimental subject for the equipment that Party A purchased from Party B must meet the following test requirements:

4.1 Routine testing

■ Transformer no-load current percentage and no-load loss testing;

■ Transformer short-circuit impedance percentage and load loss testing;

■ Transformer power frequency withstand voltage testing;

■ Transformer frequency doubling induced withstand voltage testing;

5 Based on the analysis of experimental ability, the experimental subject for the equipment that Party A purchased from Party B meet the following test ability:

5.1 No-load and load loss test ability

■ For the voltage level of 0.4kV/33kV distribution transformer, it’s ok to use the direct low-voltage circuit testing for no-load and load loss.

■ In conclusion, High voltage current transformer of the variable ratio gear selection (Rated working voltage:3KV): 200/1,100/1,50/1,30/1,20/1,10/1,5/1,1A/1A, total:8 speed, precision grade:0.05%; voltage transformer of the variable ratio gear selection: 3kV/100V,2kV/100V,1KV/100V,0.5KV/100V,total:4 speed, precision grade:0.05%.
